2006 Ford Tour de Georgia
Coming to Chattanooga offers the premiere
membership club.
Time Trial to Chattanooga, will happen on Thursday,
April 20 in Downtown Chattanooga. 120 of the world’s top
cyclists will individually work their way to finish line. The Time
Trial is an all out effort putting each racer against the clock.
This is a Day of Truth—no pack to provide shelter
against the wind, or to offer pace, or to match whits
against—each rider a lone challenger battling the terrain and
elements to stop the clock in the least amount of time. Just over
50 minutes after the starter’s gun is fired, the Time Trial
to Chattanooga will leave its imprint on the Tour very likely
determining the eventual overall Tour winner.
Outdoor Chattanooga has created the premiere
membership club, the Wheels of Fortune, to support this event and
allow our good citizens to participate at a level that will
guarantee our success. This exclusive opportunity guarantees you
and a guest "front row" presence at the finish line while providing
the necessary support we need to host this outstanding,
international event. Members will be able to enjoy a catered
buffet, open bar, complimentary parking, give-a-ways, and a monitor
with live broadcast to watch the entire race from start to
finish.

Membership Club is an exclusive club that provides the ultimate
experience for the 2006 Ford Tour de Georgia–Stage 3 Time
